Bootcamps are held at Bicentennial Park, Woody Point. It is advised that all attendees should bring a towel, water and sun protection when required. All attendees must complete a pre-activity health questionnaire and be of suitable health to attend.

(This timetable is subject to change. By clicking on the booking link you can view and book appointments with me for the coming week. Bookings for services outside these hours should be made directly with me. Phone or Text: 0448 225 108).

As at the 1st of April 2017, all casual classes attendance will be $15, unless purchased under a deal or package. Ongoing clients will be referred to commence a direct debit system.

*Clients must be over 18 and under 65.

45 min Bootcamp

A 45 Minute workout. Workouts/circuits may be a mix of cardio, resistance and body weight exercises. Bring sun protection, water bottle & towel. $15 pp.

30 min Express Kickstart

An all over HIIT session for the early riser. Kick start your day with a mixture of cardio intervals. This high intensity workout is not suitable for some. Bring sun protection, towel & a water. $15.00 pp.

Vinyasa Flow – Stretch, Release, Strengthen


Stretch, Release, Strengthen with Rischelle’s combination of Training Experience, Skills and Vinyasa Yoga Practice. Investment $15.00

30 min Personal Training

30 Minutes of one-on-one training, tailored specifically for your needs and goals. prices start at $40

Weight Loss & Mindset Coaching

Each Coaching session runs for 60-90 minutes. Please think carefully about what you might like to be coached on most prior to the session. Sessions are usually done via Skype however face to face sessions can be done on arrangement. Prices start on $120

First time only 45 min Clarity Session

This is an introduction session to coaching and training with me. The session runs for 45 minutes and is a one time only free session for new clients. Skype is preferable however face to face sessions can be booked via arrangement. Please think carefully about what you would like to achieve prior to the session.


Programs are personalised exercise routines written just for you. These sessions start from $25, however depending on the complexity and days required for the program, cost may vary.
