Have you ever thought about whether your beliefs serve you or hinder your life experience?

The truth is, we shape our own beliefs based on our experiences. This may result in a belief that serves us positively or negatively. Your beliefs are your choice.

Affirmations are statements which affirm an experience you would like to see in your life. Affirmations can be written, spoken, listened to or meditated on. Affirmations work on the premise that what you focus on expands. By focusing on positive outcomes, you attract more in to your experience.

I prefer to think of affirmations as new beliefs. To me this is more powerful. It gives me the power to choose and take responsibility and inspired action based on the experiences I want to invite into my world.
