Water is our foundation for life on this planet. Our bodies are made up of approximately 65% water. Drinking water is essential for our survival.

Drinking enough water each day can:

  1. Improve skin health and appearance. Drinking enough water hydrates your skin from the inside out and slows down the ageing process.

  2. Essentially assists the body to release toxins through sweat.

  3. Prevent and treat headaches. Dehydration is quite often the cause of headaches.

  4. Improve Digestion. Along with fibre, water can cure constipation.

  5. Reduces Back and Joint Pain. Glucosamine works with water to aid the cartilage in the absorption water.

  6. Assist you to lose weight by reducing hunger and increasing metabolism by aiding digestion.

  7. Increase energy. Even mild dehydration can make you feel tired and lead to fatigue, muscle weakness and dizziness.

  8. Assist kidney health. The kidneys assist in flushing toxins from the body. The more water you drink, the better your kidneys will function.

  9. Improve mood. When your body feels good, so do you!

  10. Improve your workout. Being well hydrated can improve your exercise performance. It also helps prevent muscle cramps which can hinder your progress.
