“The mind is everything. What you think you become.” Buddha
I have trained Shannon through Challenges I have run both when I was working in the gym environment and in my outdoor training business. So far Shannon has done 3 challenges with me and is currently on her 4th!
It’s not uncommon for clients to stay with me through multiple Challenges. As this is not only a great tool for people to make big transformations, but also for those who don’t have large amounts of weight to shift, but work well in an environment that keeps them accountable.
Shannon lost 3.4kg in her last Challenge with me. That may not sound like a lot to some. But on this little powerhouse, 3.4 kg makes a big difference and equates to:
9.1% less body fat
and 3.3kg of muscle gained!
Shannon is a wonderful client to train and work with. She was dedicated in working through the programs provided weekly, the mindset tasks set and eating to fuel her body in healthy ways. It’s no coincidence that she thrived!
I was especially evident and pleasing to witness Shannon’s attitude shift so positively and was felt just by being in her presence.
Shannon was happy to share with you a little bit about her and her experience.
Q. Can you tell me a bit about yourself?
I am 23 years old. A musician, a dancer and an Instrumental and Classroom Music Teacher.
Q. What do you do for fun?
Dance, catch up with friends, surf Pinterest for cool DIYs and read.
Q. What is your number 1 health/fitness goal?
To tone my muscles and get rid of cellulite in my legs/butt.

My food. Continuing to track it, looking for ways to improve, and making those changes.

More confident, healthier, happier, less stressed.

Q. What do you enjoy about training with Rischelle and being a part of the challenge?
The group atmosphere that adapts to all and how we can work at our own pace, motivated yet not harassed by a noisy trainer. Rischelle cares about us all and offers us assistance beyond class time.
I enjoy the challenges as we get to chat more about what we’re going through each week face-to-face and get to know each other (and ourselves) better.

Congratulated me and said I look great.
Q. What’s your advice to other people feeling stuck, needing change and wanting to lose weight/increase their fitness?

Q. Would you recommend training with Rischelle to others and why?
YES! Rischelle is lovely, yet hard at the same time, knowledgeable and inspiring.
Thank you Shannon!
